BCSO Seeks To Identify Family Dollar Burglary Suspect

COCOA, FLORIDA — The Brevard County Sheriff’s Office is investigating a burglary that occurred on August 23, where an unidentified black male entered the Family Dollar located at 7165 North US Highway 1 in Sharpes.

According to BCSO public information officer David Jacobs, the suspect then entered the Family Dollar located at 3955 US Highway 1 in Sharpes where he broke into that store’s manager’s office as well.

The store surveillance videos revealed a black male wearing a purple hat and a purple shirt. He is described as being approximately 6-foot-3 and weighing approximately 275-300 pounds.
