According to the company, customers’ credit and debit card data was accessed between June 16 and Sept. 5 at 216 store locations.

I encourage all consumers to look for unauthorized charges on their credit and debit card accounts,” said Attorney General Bondi. “If anyone suspects suspicious charges to their personal account, they should report the activity immediately to their financial institution and local law enforcement.”

Attorney General Pam Bondi worked with the Legislature on the Florida Information Protection Act to protect consumers from data breaches. This legislation ensures businesses and governmental entities report data breaches to consumers and take certain measures to protect consumers’ personal information.
