BREVARD COUNTY, FLORIDA — Volleyball players Treasure Ingram and Lindsey Pugh are Eastern Florida State College’s Student-Athletes of the Week for week ending Aug. 31.
Ingram, a freshman outside hitter from Fort Pierce, Florida, and John Carroll High, led Eastern Florida with 41 kills as it split four weekend matches in the Florida State College Jacksonville Marriott Kickoff Classic.
Ingram has a team-high 54 kills for Eastern Florida which finished the first week of its season with a 4-3 record.
She has accounted for a team-best 63 points and is tied for third on the team in blocks with 10.
Pugh, a sophomore from Titusville, Florida, and Titusville High, finished the weekend with 19 kills and only one error, giving her four in 65 attempts.
Her hitting percentage of .265 is second-highest for the Titans.
