Unique 'Fire And Ice' Theme Planned

Scheduled for December 5, 2014 from 5:30 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. at St Joseph’s Catholic Church at 5330 Babcock St in Palm Bay, the event offers guests samplings of cuisines from around the world, wine tasting, music, and black, red and white décor. Guests may opt to dress in those colors for the evening if they wish.

The annual fundraiser will include over twenty-five food, wine and merchant vendors. Event organizers are also planning raffles and door prizes, along with entertainment for the evening. Cooking demonstrations may also be available at the restaurant tables.

Advanced tickets are now on sale for $20 and can be purchased on the chamber website or at their offices at 4100 Dixie Highway in Palm Bay. Entry tickets will be available at the door for $30.

“The Palm Bay Chamber selects a unique theme each year to set ourselves apart,” said Dale.

“Our members look forward to attending Celebrate Brevard each year to see what innovative and stunning concept that we have created and embrace that we’ve raised the bar on this signature event.”

Any restaurant can offer samplings and promote their restaurant, wine and beer with no vendor or table cost to them. Merchant tables are available for $50 for Palm Bay chamber members and $75 for non-members.

Palm-Bay-Chamber-logoThis is an opportunity for local restaurant and wine businesses to showcase their newest menu items to a whole new audience of consumers. It also offers non-food vendors the opportunity to promote and sell early holiday gifts to the attendees.

The Chamber is seeking sponsors for the event this year. Interested companies wishing to promote their business with this annual event that attracts hundreds of businesses and residents are encouraged to contact the chamber. 98.5 The Beach is currently sponsoring and will provide music for the evening.

The 2014 Palm Bay Chamber Trustees include Health First, Waste Management, City of Palm Bay, Florida Power and Light Company, Peninsula Title, Intersil, Florida Tech and Wellcare.

The Greater Palm Bay Chamber of Commerce, formed in 1989, has more than 1,200 active, courtesy and prospective members, is a member in good standing with the US Chamber of Commerce and the only chamber in the US aligned with an international “sister” chamber in Cashel, Ireland. This year marks their 25th anniversary.
