Bevard Sheriff’s Office Locates Missing Woman

UPDATE: BCSO public information officer David Jacobs reports Ms. Cohn is home safe and has been reunited with her family. 

BREVARD COUNTY, FLORIDA – The Brevard County Sheriff’s Office is attempting to locate Linda Cohn, a missing and endangered adult.

Anyone with information about Cohn is asked to call the Brevard County Sheriff’s Office South Precinct General Crimes Unit at 321-253-6658 or CRIMELINE at 1-800-423-TIPS (8477). All calls to CRIMELINE are confidential.

At about 7 a.m. on Thursday, the 62-year old Cohn was last seen in the area of Waveside Drive in Melbourne. Cohn has recently experienced medical issues that include short-term memory loss.

Cohn was last seen driving a light gray 2006 Hyundai Santa Fe, with Florida tags, ZOIPV. The vehicle was involved in a minor accident in Port St. Lucie, Florida, and was headed west on Okeechobee at around 5:30 p.m. Thursday. It is believed Cohn was possibly in the area of Highlands County after 9 p.m. on Thursday night.
