BREVARD COUNTY, FLORIDA – The Eastern Florida State College Jazz Band will present Big BandFavorites on Thursday, November 13 at 7:30 p.m. in the Bernard W. Simpkins Fine Arts Auditorium, Cocoa Campus, 1519 Clearlake Road, Cocoa, FL 32922.

Under the direction of their conductor, James Bishop, the EFSC Jazz Band will play an evening of jazz favorites, including the music of Duke Ellington, George Gershwin, Antonio Carlos Jobim The audience will enjoy familiar songs such as “I Got Rhythm,” “Take the A Train,” “Makin’ Whoopee,” “Keep the Customer Satisfied” and “One Note Samba.”

The evening will feature saxophone soloist Jorge Ramos on the jazz classic ‘Round Midnight.

General admission is $6 and tickets will be sold at the door.
