Allegedly Offered Undercover Investigator Chicken Dinner and $3 In Exchange For Sex

SANFORD, FLORIDA – Steven Torres of Melbourne made national news on Friday after being arrested on Thursday night when he offered a female law enforcement investigator working undercover as a prostitute a chicken dinner and $3 in exchange for sex.

Torres, 32, was arrested by the Sanford Police Department’s Neighborhood Watch Unit in a Prostitution Decoy sting operation, according to MyNews13.

The sting, which yielded a total of seven arrests, looked to arrest anyone selling sex and anyone soliciting sex.

In total, seven men were arrested during the operation and all the suspects were charged with procure for prostitution.
