Cerullo leads his staff by example. Believing that any organization is only as strong as the community it supports, Cerullo serves on seven boards, including the Cocoa Beach Regional Chamber and the United Way.

He urges his staff to do the same, resulting in representation by Wuesthoff associates in civic organizations across the county, including the Red Cross, March of Dimes and local Rotary Clubs.

When Wuesthoff associates aren’t at work, they are often active participants in more than 70 organizations that range from civic groups and fraternal organizations to local private nonprofits.

The Wuesthoff team also reaches out to the Space Coast with education programming that provides the tools and skills for healthier living.
