BREVARD COUNTY • MELBOURNE – The local Disabled American Veteran Chapter 32 of Melbourne will be participating in the City of Melbourne’s Veteran’s Day Parade, while the nonprofit Eau Gallie Titans 13U baseball team will be working hard on a beautification project on the chapter hall on Nov. 11 beginning at 10:30 a.m. until 12 noon.

To show appreciation for the services and sacrifices that these former soldiers have given our country, which has allowed these young men the opportunity to travel and play baseball in a free country, the Titans are showing them respect.

The Titans will tidy up the front exterior of the property, plant new flowers, add mulch and then place 100 American Flags at their entry point.

The combined efforts of the Disabled American Veterans, Eau Gallie Titans and employees from Kohl’s department store show that a united community is a solid community.
