Driver Identified In Crash That Killed Four

William Ogletree of orlando identified as driver in fatal crash

UPDATE: The Florida Highway Patrol has identified William Ogletree, 32, of Orlando, as the driver of the GMC sport utility vehicle that was driving the wrong way on State Road 50 when he struck the Honda Accord being driven by 22-year old Cameron Greene.

Killed in the crash were Greene, 22, of Cocoa; Paige Altman, 20, of Titusville; Kylee Altman, 2, of Titusville; and Ogletree.

Four Killed In Head-On Crash On State Road 50

ORANGE COUNTY • CHRISTMAS, FLORIDA – Three Brevard County residents, and one Orange County man, were killed in a two-vehicle head-on crash on State Road 50 and Cupid Avenue in Orange County on Sunday at about 9 p.m. (See above map)

Killed in the crash were Cameron Greene, 22, of Cocoa; Paige Altman, 20, of Titusville; Kylee Altman, 2, of Titusville; and an unidentified 32-year old Orlando man.

According to the Florida Highway Patrol, for an unknown reason, a 1997 GMC SUV driven by the unidentified Orlando man was traveling westbound, in the eastbound lanes of State Road 50.

FHP-TRAFFIC-FATALITY-180A 1999 Honda, driven by Greene, with passengers Paige and Kylee Altman, was traveling eastbound on State Road 50, in the left through lane when the front of the SUV struck the front of the Honda head-on.

The identity of the dead man is pending next of kin notification, and the crash remains under investigation.
