Sheriff’s Agents secured the residence at 1317 Canterbury Lane in Rockledge at which time Glasco, 41, complied with the agents and was arrested without incident at approximately 8:45 a.m.

Upon arrival, deputies found 26-year-old Steven Matthew Jackson Jr. of Melbourne, inside a vehicle suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. “I could not be more proud of the members of our Homicide and Crime Scene Units who quickly solved this case along with the continued efforts of the GAME OVER Task Force who face the worst of the worst every day to protect our communities,” said Sheriff Wayne Ivey.
“Today’s arrest is yet another example of how effective this Multi-Agency partnership is at targeting the violent offenders who refuse to abide by the law and prey upon our citizens. I would also like to thank the incredible efforts of Rockledge Police Officer Brett Leib and Sheriff’s Office Deputy Daniel McMahon, who immediately rendered life-saving aid while speaking with the victim. Their quick actions eased the condition of the victim who had been shot approximately 16 times at close range, allowing him the opportunity to identify his attacker before passing.”
