Neighbors of Suntree Announce New Events

BREVARD COUNTY, FLORIDA – Neighbors of Suntree is excited to announce two special fundraising events coming up in Janaury and February 2015.
“Fashionistas for Charity” is a fashion show and luncheon featuring special guest model Sheriff Wayne Ivey.
The luncheon will be held at the Indian River Colony Club off Murrell Road in Viera on January 29.
The doors will open at 11:30 a.m. Female models will be wearing fashions from Stein Mart. Male models will wear clothes from the Men’s Wearhouse in Viera. Guests will have an opportunity to shop while attending the event.
Several local vendors will be on hand making their wares available for purchase.
The organization will also be selling 50/50 raffle tickets as well as raffle tickets for a very special gift. The cost is $28 per person and the event is open to the public. Reservations must be received by January 24.

Polynesian Luau Set February 28
The second event is a Polynesian Luau featuring Polynesian dance group “Na Lima ‘Olu Ma Ke Kai” (Gentle Hands by the Sea) and “Hawaiian Pride” of Cocoa Beach.
The event will be held on February 28 at 6 p.m. at the Holiday Inn Convention Center in Viera.
Guests will enjoy a tropical feast buffet, and after dinner an authentic Polynesian show will be presented by the featured guests. These dancers and musicians are graciously donating their performances.
Guests will have an opportunity to bid on items for sale at a silent auction and pose for pictures at a Fun Photo Center. Tickets for a 50/50 raffle will also sold. Guest may purchase beverages at a cash bar and the event is open to the public.
Tickets sell for $35 per person and must be purchased before February 22.
