Howard Henry Tune Passes Away Feb. 3

BREVARD COUNTY, FLORIDA – LTC Howard Henry Tune, 88, of Cocoa Beach, passed into eternal life Feb. 3, 2015 after a brief illness.
Howard served his country honorable during WWII and as a paratrooper while serving in Special Forces.
He served and protected his country for 34 years.
In 2001 Howard was predeceased by his first wife, Claire.
He is survived by his wife; Peggy, children; Howie , Cynthia Tune Jayne (Douglas), and Robert (Pamela), step-children; Cary Braden (Diane), and Steven Braden (Nancy), siblings; Lorna Dzyak, and Robert, 12 grandchildren, and 7 great-grandchildren, as well as numerous nieces, nephews, cousin, and friends.
A funeral service will be held at 1 p.m. on Sat. Feb. 28, at Holy Name of Jesus Catholic Church in Indialantic.
In lieu of flowers, donation may be made in Howard’s name to the Wounded Warrior Project.
