BREVARD COUNTY • PORT CANAVERAL, FLORIDA – Parking at Port Canaveral will be extremely tight on Sunday, both on land and in the channel.

Ships that will be tied up includes the Disney Magic at Cruise Terminal 8, the Carnival Liberty at Cruise Terminal 10, the Carnival Sunshine at Cruise Terminal 6, the Royal Caribbean Freedom of the Seas at Cruise Terminal 1, the Royal Caribbean Grandeur of the Seas (Port-of-Call) at Cruise Terminal 5 and the Royal Caribbean Quantum of the Seas (Port-ofCall) at Cruise Terminal 3.

CRUISE SHIP FACTS & STATS

• The Disney Magic operates from Port Canaveral CT 8 and has 11 decks. The ship can accommodate 2,700 passengers in 875 staterooms and has a crew of approximately 950. The Magic weighs in at 84,000 tons, is 984 feet long, has a beam of 106 feet and a draft of 25.3 feet. The Disney Magic will depart the port at 4:40 p.m.

• The Carnival Liberty is a Conquest-class cruise ship that has 13 decks and operates out of Port Canaveral’s CT 10. The ship can accommodate 2,974 passengers and has a crew of 1,160. The The Carnival Liberty is 110,000 tons, 952 feet long, has a beam 116 feet and draft of 27 feet. The Liberty will depart the port at 4 p.m.

• The Carnival Sunshine operates from Port Canaveral’s CT 6 and has 12 decks. The ship can accommodate 2,642 passengers and has a crew of 1,150. The Carnival Sunshine weighs in at 102,853 tons, is 893 feet long, has a beam of 116 feet and a draft of 27 feet. The Sunshine will depart the port at 4 p.m.

• The Royal Caribbean Freedom of the Seas operates from Port Canaveral’s CT 1 and has 12 decks. The ship can accommodate 3,634 passengers and has a crew of 1,300. The Freedom of the Seas weighs in at 154,407 tons, is 1,112 feet long, has a beam of 127 feet and a draft of 28 feet. The Freedom of the Seas will depart the port at 4:30 p.m.

• The Royal Caribbean Grandeur of the Seas has 11 decks and will be at anchor at CT 5 for a Port-of Call visit. The ship can accommodate 2,446 passengers and has a crew of 760. The Grandeur of the Seas weighs in at 74,000 tons, is 915 feet long, has a beam of 106 feet and a draft of 28 feet.  The Grandeur of the Seas will depart the port at 9:30 p.m.

• The Royal Caribbean Quantum of the Seas has 18 decks and will be at anchor at CT 3 for a Port-of Call visit. The ship can accommodate 4,905 passengers, weighs in at a whopping 168,600 tons, is 1,139 feet long, has a beam of 162 feet and a draft of 29 feet. The Quantum of the Seas will depart the port at 11 p.m.
