Kate Upton To Appear At Dog Adoption Today

BREVARD COUNTY • VIERA, FLORIDA – Supermodel and actress Kate Upton will be back in Brevard on Wednesday, March 11 to host the Grand Slam Adoption Event at Space Coast Stadium, sponsored by the Brevard County Sheriff’s Office and Matthew Development, LLC.
The Grand Slam dog adoptions will begin at 11 a.m., and the Washington Nationals will take on the Detroit Tigers at 1 p.m. in Major League Baseball Spring Training action.
You don’t need to a ticket to the game to participate in the adoption event, featuring the lovable dogs from the Brevard County Sheriff’s Office Animal Services.
Located in the Gate 5 parking lot by the main entrance of the stadium, the event will include adoption incentives and event giveaways while supplies last. Parking for the game is $9.
Upton, who has appeared on dozens of magazine covers, grew up on the Space Coast in Melbourne and was selected People magazine’s first-ever Sexiest Woman Alive last December.
Upton, 22, first burst on the national scene as she was featured on the cover of Sports Illustrated‘s 2012, 2013 and 2014 swimsuit issues.
In September 2013, Upton was named Model of the Year at the 10th annual Style Awards at the Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week in New York
She has since become one of the most recognizable models in the world.
