Melbourne Police Arrest Two Suspects For Prostitution

The Melbourne Police Department Special Investigations Unit conducted a prostitution detail on Tuesday and have arrested two suspects. One arrest was in the south end of the city on the US 1 Corridor and the second arrest was located on the north end of the city in the area of US 1 and Aurora Road.

BREVARD COUNTY • MELBOURNE, FLORIDA – The Melbourne Police Department Special Investigations Unit conducted a prostitution detail on Tuesday and have arrested two suspects. 

MELBOURNE-POLICE-BREAKING-180One arrest was in the south end of the city on the US 1 Corridor and the second arrest was located on the north end of the city in the area of US 1 and Aurora Road.

According to Melbourne police, Jessica Wilster, 27, and Jamie Lane-Hope, 49, were arrested and charged with Solicitation to Commit Prostitution.

The detail started at 8 a.m. and ended around 10:30 a.m.
