BREVARD COUNTY, FLORIDA – Members of the Brevard County Sheriff’s Office Fugitive Unit and the United States Marshal’s Service located and arrested 39-year-old Raymond Shannon Rogers of Georgia on Thursday.

Rogers was a Fugitive from Justice after escaping from the Clinch County (GA) Jail in December, 2014.

At the time of the escape, Rogers was pending sentencing for Violation of Probation and Theft charges.

The investigation led agents to a residence in Cocoa where Rogers was taken into custody without incident.

Rogers is currently being held without bond in the Brevard County jail pending extradition back to Georgia.
