Founders Forum Panel Grills Small Business Owners May 19 in Melbourne
BREVARD COUNTY, FLORIDA – Who will survive the Hot Seat to win $1,000 cash for their fledgling small business?
Find out on Tuesday, May 19 at the 6 p.m. dinner meeting of Founders Forum, when four business contestants compete for prize money in front of a live audience.
The mission of Founders Forum is to “Inspire, Educate and Connect Entrepreneurs” and was established in 1985.
The organization is a non-profit educational and networking organization where entrepreneurs can learn from and build relationships with many of the regions’ most successful business leaders.
Its board is comprised of local business leaders and representatives from educational institutions and business organizations.
The event at the Hilton Melbourne Rialto Place will feature a panel of four venture capitalist judges including Randy Poliner, President and Managing Partner of Antares Capital; Mike Shah, Southeast Petro Distributors Founder and President; John Vecchio, Partner in Mosley Ventures and William Pangas, Associate with Arsenal Venture Partners.
After listening to the business pitches of four local, startup entrepreneurs, the panel of “Grill Masters” will question them to determine the winner of the $1,000 prize.
Founders Forum board member Joshua Adams of Rock Paper Simple knows the audience of business owners will benefit from the entertaining examination of startup concepts by the panel of venture capitalists at the business networking event.
“Each Founders Forum event is designed to inspire, educate and connect entrepreneurs,” said Adams.
“This is great practice for entrepreneurs who are seeking an infusion of investor capital for their business. The contestant with the best idea and the best preparation will walk away with a terrific experience and $1,000.”
The $35 advance event registration includes networking, dinner and the featured program. Tickets are $45 at the door.
