“At High Proficiency Sports we are committed to making a difference. Our approach to coaching is focused on a stair stepped process towards skill development through education and positive reinforcement. Through the coaching of sports, we recognize that we also have the opportunity to teach the lessons/realities of life and to positively impact young lives. This is a huge part of our coaching delivery.

“Few athletes will go on to play in college and even less will realize their dreams of playing professionally. However, having said this, a far greater universe of athletes will go on to become leaders in law enforcement, in education, in health, law, and in business. We are truly excited to transfer our knowledge and to work with the amazing youth athletes of Brevard County, their parents/guardians, and with local area coaches via our Coaches Ride-A-Long Program.”
