Melbourne Police Arrest Suspect In Shooting, Investigation Continues

BREVARD COUNTY • MELBOURNE, FLORIDA – The Melbourne Police Department received a report of shots fired with possible victims at 1091 Garfield Street on Tuesday night at about 10:22 p.m.

According to police, when officers arrived two victims were found inside the residence with non-life threatening gunshot wounds.

Both victims are currently hospitalized for treatment as a result of their wounds.

Police took a suspect into custody and this incident is currently under investigation.
