Titusville Police Seek Assistance To Locate Man Charged With Sexual Battery

The Titusville Police have obtained an arrest warrant for Cipriano Mendoza Alcon for Sexual Battery on a child over 12 but under 18, False Imprisonment, Child Abuse and Contributing to the Delinquency of a Minor.

BREVARD COUNTY • TITUSVILLE, FLORIDA — Titusville Police have obtained an arrest warrant for Cipriano Mendoza Alcon for Sexual Battery on a child over 12 but under 18, False Imprisonment, Child Abuse and Contributing to the Delinquency of a Minor.

Alcon, 38, is originally from Honduras, but has been recently living in a home on Garden Street in Titusville.

Detectives have been unable to locate the suspect and currently there is no photo of the suspect, according to Titusville Police Spokesperson Amy Matthews.

According to police, Alcon served alcoholic beverages and then attacked the child when the victim was overcome by the alcohol.

The investigation revealed that the incident occurred in a home in Titusville in May 2015, and the victim reported the attack the next day.
