BREVARD COUNTY • MELBOURNE, FLORIDA – Elise McGhee, author of Thirty Years of Silence, will headline the Women of Excellence meeting Tuesday, June 16, 8-9:30 a.m. at Baer’s Furniture, located at 4260 W. New Haven Avenue in Melbourne.

Elise will share her powerful story of abuse, survival and healing.

When making your reservations for this month’s event, the Women of Excellence Steering Committee is suggesting a donation of $5 or $10 to support local abused and disadvantaged young women through the Back to School charity event held in August.

100 percent of your donation goes to a young girl in need. Receipts will be provided.

The Back to School event is an initiative of the Melbourne Chamber’s Education Foundation – a 501 (c)(3).
