Nebraska-Based American Title Inc. Will Move To Offices In Palm Bay

Relocating to Innovation Center on Palm Bay Road
BREVARD COUNTY • PALM BAY, FLORIDA – American Title Inc., headquartered in Omaha, Nebraska has announced it will move to offices in Palm Bay.
American Title, Inc. has been operating nationwide for 20 years as a leader in real estate information services and is privately owned by the Mackintosh Family.
Its products and solutions are focused in the real estate information and equity market.
The company has leased approximately 20,000 square-foot of office space at Innovation Center, located at 2475 Palm Bay Road. The decision enables American Title, Inc. growth of up to 200 employees in its Florida operation.
The company will relocate from Melbourne to Palm Bay with occupancy projected by December 2015.
“This is great news for the city of Palm Bay,” said Mayor William Capote.
“I would like to congratulate our new Economic Development Administrator Andy Anderson for attracting American Title, Inc. to our great city.”
