BREVARD COUNTY • TITUSVILLE, FLORIDA – Members of our Fugitive Unit located and arrested our Fugitive of the Week, David Lambert, at a hotel in Titusville.

Lambert was taken into custody without incident after our Fugitive Unit found him as he attempted to hide in the bathtub inside the hotel room.

Lambert was aware that he was the “Turn ‘Em In Tuesday” Fugitive of the Week which is why he fled from the Rockledge area in an effort to avoid arrest.

Lambert admitted to Brevard County Sheriff’s Office Agents that friends who monitor Facebook alerted him that he was being pursued by Agents and that he intended to eventually turn himself in.

Sometimes our Agents get impatient and can’t wait to arrest Fugitives who plan to eventually turn themselves in.
