Brevard County Real Estate Broker Mitch Ribak and his new book, So You’ve Got Your Real Estate License…NOW WHAT? supports his charity, Coaching for a Cure, a way to raise research funds for Sturge Weber Syndrome, a disease his granddaughter Lola was born with in 2006.

Ribak has owned several businesses ranging from a paintball company, dating services, internet companies and a real estate firm, where he found his calling in 2001.

He understands that Honesty + Ethics + Desire to Help = Success in any business, and in his new book, he shares specific proven tactics to become a successful Realtor.

After creating a unique internet business model, he opened Tropical Realty of Suntree, which has grown from six Agents to more than 70, three locations, and ranked as the No. 1 independent real estate office in Brevard County.

“I have met so many Realtors with the same misconception that being a Realtor is this glamorous way to earn a living,” said Ribak, when asked why he wrote the book.

“Here is the reality, which to me is the most important aspect of your new venture: being a Realtor is a business.”

Ribak’s first book, 100MPH Marketing for Real Estate, peaked at #1 on Amazon for real estate marketing books, and goes hand in hand with the 100MPH marketing software and systems that focus on internet marketing and lead conversion.

His new book, So You’ve Got Your Real Estate License… NOW WHAT? published on May 22.

I donated $100 bucks to Mitch’s charity to get 20 minutes of his time; he spent 1 hour with me covering on these subjects in this book,” shared David in his Amazon review.  “I have developed a career after what he teaches and I highly recommend a full study of content.”

Ribak resides in Merritt Island with his wife, Jeanette. Together, they have four children: Jon, Matt, Michael, and Amanda, as well as two grandchildren: Henry and Lola.
