Sugarman Announced As Cocoa Beach Regional Chamber of Commerce President & CEO

BREVARD COUNTY, FLORIDA – Today, the Cocoa Beach Regional Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors is pleased to announce the selection of Jennifer Sugarman as its President and Chief Executive Officer.

Sugarman, who has been the Director of the Chamber’s Convention & Visitors Bureau (CVB) for the past 15 months, previously worked for the Economic Development Commission of Florida’s Space Coast for four years.

Sugarman holds a Bachelor of Science in Communication from Kennesaw State University in Kennesaw, Georgia.

“Jennifer’s enthusiasm, proficiency, and comprehensive approach to problem solving while loving the community she lives in will bring solid progression and strength to the Chamber,” said Jeanna Merrifield, Chair, Board of Directors, Cocoa Beach Regional Chamber of Commerce.

“These traits will be positive for our Chamber, which will only elevate our community. I look forward to supporting Jennifer in her new role as CEO.”

Sugarman will assume the role of CEO immediately; however, she will continue to manage the Chamber’s CVB until her replacement is announced.
