ASSIST MELBOURNE POLICE IDENTIFY SUSPECT

BREVARD COUNTY • MELBOURNE, FLORIDA – Melbourne police officers are seeking a dark skinned black male approximately 6-feet tall and 180 pounds who entered the Tip-Top Mini Mart located at 3003 Monroe Street at about 11 p.m. on Tuesday night.

According to Melbourne Police Lt. Tim Turner, the suspect entered the store with a rifle, with his face covered with a bandana, and demanded money.

The suspect then fled on foot after taking an undisclosed amount of money and left the scene in a small tan four-door vehicle parked across the street.
