BREVARD COUNTY • MERRITT ISLAND, FLORIDA — Perrone Properties announced that it has entered into a long-term lease with Quest Diagnostics, moving to a new location at 915 North Courtenay Parkway in Merritt Island.
Founded in 1985, Perrone Properties is a privately-held company operating in Brevard County, Florida.
