Dr. Richard Levine, Board Certified medical oncologist and president of Space Coast Cancer Center, was an invited panelist at the 2015 Association of Community Cancer Centers Institute for the “Future of Oncology Forum” recently held in Chicago.

He was asked to identify challenges anticipated in the future and help provide solutions so that patients will be able to receive the best medical care possible in the United States.

The goal is to develop strategies that will improve multidisciplinary integration of medical care cancer patients receive, as well as enhance the role of primary care physicians in screening for cancer and management of cancer survivors.

Dr. Levine was selected to represent medical oncologists that work at a community cancer center that focuses on quality and innovation.
