Cocoa Police Responds To Armed Carjacking On Fiske Boulevard

BREVARD COUNTY, FLORIDA – The Cocoa Police Department responded to an armed carjacking in the 300 block of Brevard Avenue on Tuesday at 10:12 p.m.

According to Cocoa Police Lt. Eric Austin, the victim reported that a black male allegedly demanded all of his money while pointing a gun at him.

The suspect told the victim to get out of the car and not to look at him.  The suspect then jumped into the victim’s car and drove away. The victim was not injured.

The vehicle was located on Wednesday morning in the 1300 block of Fiske Boulevard, according to Lt. Austin.

Investigators are working leads, but there are no suspects at this time and extra patrols are underway in the Cocoa Village area, according to police.
