Palm Bay Police Investigating Crash Involving Vehicle That Rear-Ended School Bus

BREVARD COUNTY • PALM BAY, FLORIDA – Palm Bay Police patrol officers and traffic investigators are currently investigating a crash involving a vehicle that rear-ended a school bus.  The crash happened at Degroodt Road and Bayside Lakes Boulevard.

There were approximately 20 students on the bus and officers confirmed there were no injuries.

No other information is currently available and updates will be provided when new information becomes available.

In a separate crash, officers are at Malabar Road near the intersection of Babcock Street with a motorcycle vs. a vehicle.

There are reportedly serious injuries in this crash and a patient is being airlifted to the hospital.

Westbound Malabar Road is shut down between Babcock St. and I-95 in order to land the medical helicopter.
