UPDATE: Palm Bay Police Clear Bomb Threat At Taco Bell, Malabar Road Open

UPDATE: The Brevard County Sheriff’s Office Bomb dog responded and cleared the scene at Taco Bell on Malabar Road. Detectives are on the scene conducting a follow up investigation. At this time, all businesses have been cleared and the roadway is back open.

BREVARD COUNTY • PALM BAY, FLORIDA – Palm Bay police officers responded to Taco Bell located at 1120 Malabar Road SE in Palm Bay regarding a bomb threat.

According to the Palm Bay police, the investigation shows an unknown caller notified Taco Bell that they would be placing a device inside the business.

Taco Bell and the surrounding stores have been evacuated and the two eastbound lanes of Malabar Road has been closed.

An unified command with the fire department has been established in the Home Depot parking lot. The Brevard County Sheriff’s Office bomb dog is en route to clear the business to ensure a device wasn’t left behind and unnoticed.
