BREVARD COUNTY, FLORIDA – Brevard County Sheriff’s Deputies are actively seeking 21-year-old Jacob Isaac Teague of Melbourne.

Teague is approximately 5-feet-5-inches tall, weighs 145 pounds, has brown hair, green eyes, and was last seen wearing a black shirt and tan shorts.

According to his family, Teague suffers from a disorder where he becomes disoriented without his medication.

He was last seen at his residence in Melbourne on the morning of September 23 when he left the residence in a silver, 2000 Suzuki Swift, two-door hatchback vehicle with dark tinted windows bearing a Tennessee Disabled Veterans tag DVP-271.
