The Escape Zone is Brevard County’s only attraction inspired by the escape room craze sweeping the nation. It’s an interactive game and mental workout set in a real, physical location that challenges you to decode and decrypt your way out of a “locked” room.
BREVARD COUNTY • MELBOURNE, FLORIDA – The Escape Zone, featuring three exciting “Escape Rooms,” is set to open its doors on Tuesday, September 22 at 630 S. Wickham Road in Melbourne. (Get opening day tickets for 50% off by using the promo code OPENINGDAY at http://escapezonefl.com/booking/
The Escape Zone features three escape room challenges based on similar challenge room attractions that originated in Asia. While most major metro areas in the U.S. have escape room games, The Escape Zone is the first escape game attraction in Brevard County.
An Escape Room is a real life interactive game that challenges you to think your way out of a “locked” room.
It’s an adventure inside four walls…an escape from the ordinary world. It’s not about your survival but about testing your skills and meeting a mental challenge.
Escape Rooms have different stories, puzzles, themes and goals but they all conform to a certain set of rules. You are in an unusual space. You must explore. The clock is ticking. You must solve your way out.
Your team will discover secrets, find hidden objects, solve puzzles and crack codes. Your team may be your greatest asset and your biggest challenge. Only by communicating, working together and using your time wisely will you find the clues, tools and items to escape!

Up to 10 participants may enter each room at one time and are given one hour to use clues to solve puzzles and unlock the door to “escape.”
The “Shipwrecked” room immerses participants into a darkened pirate environment where clues reveal puzzles to be solved, leading to keys and other tools to escape the shipwreck.
The intriguing thing about the Escape Zone rooms is that all the time the group members are looking for clues and solving problems together, the digital clock on the wall is counting down from one hour.
The group is working against the clock to solve problems as a team and escape. If help is needed, extra clues can be bought and slid under the door, for “time credits,” meaning the clock is advanced, giving less time to escape.
Testing continues this Saturday and volunteer positions are available for final testing. Call 321-327-2991 for details.
