EFSC Performing and Visual Arts Presents an Evening of 10 Minute Plays

BREVARD COUNTY • MELBOURNE, FLORIDA – The Performing and Visual Arts Department at Eastern Florida State College in collaboration with the Titans Theatre Club will present Take Ten: An Evening of Ten Minute Plays on Oct. 16, 17 and 18 in the Simpkins Fine Arts Center Studio Theater on the Cocoa campus.

The Oct. 16 and 17 performances will take place at 7 p.m., with the Oct. 18 performance at 2 p.m.

The plays are a mix of comedies and dramas and are presented by students as their “midterm extravaganza,” showcasing their talents to the public. The plays may contain mature themes and adult language. They are intended for older high school students and adults.

Two of the plays, Playwriting 101 and Bottle Baby, will also be presented at the State College Ten Minute Play Festival in November at the Florida Theatre Conference.
