BREVARD COUNTY • MELBOURNE, FLORIDA – On Monday, the NCAA released the most recent edition of the Division II Football Regional Rankings, with Florida Tech moving into the eighth spot in Super Region II.

The Panthers’ position in the poll has major playoff implications as the top-7 from each super region qualify for postseason play.

Though FIT is currently one spot out of the last playoff position, one of the teams ahead of the Panthers, North Greenville, will only play seven games against D2 competition this season, eliminating the Crusaders from playoff consideration.
