BREVARD COUNTY, FLORIDA – Health First announced Tuesday that Patricia T. Driscoll has been elected to the Health First Board of Trustees.

Driscoll, who is both a nurse and an attorney, is the former president and CEO of Home Health Services of Texas, Inc., a community-based not-for-profit home health agency with offices in Dallas and Houston.

She is a senior health care leader with proven success in creating and executing executive-level business development and operational strategies, developing and managing high-profile business and community relationships, and assessing and designing performance improvement strategies to support corporate mission and vision.

“Patricia brings a wealth of experience in business and health care to the Health First Board of Trustees, and we are confident she will help us continue our mission to improve the health and wellness of our community,” said Steve Johnson, President and CEO of Health First.

Driscoll also serves as Professor of Health Service Management at Texas Woman’s University in its School of Management.

Founded in 1995, Health First is Brevard County’s not-for-profit, community healthcare system.
