Greystone Home Health Named 2015 HomeCare Elite Top Agency

Greystone Home Health of Orlando, part of the Greystone Health Network, earned recognition as a 2015 HomeCare Elite Top Agency, an honor given only to the top-performing home health agencies in the United States.
Local centers include Rockledge Health and Rehabilitation Center in Rockledge and Viera Health and Rehabilitation Center in Melbourne.

Now in its 10th year, the HomeCare Elite identifies the top 25 percent of Medicare-certified agencies, ranked by an analysis of publicly available performance measures in quality outcomes, best practice (process measure) implementation, patient experience (Home Health CAHPS), quality improvement and consistency, and financial performance.
Awardees are selected through performance analysis by OCS HomeCare and DecisionHealth.
