BREVARD COUNTY • PALM BAY, FLORIDA – The Palm Bay Police Department requests the public’s assistance in locating a fugitive that has eluded law enforcement for twenty years.

Douglas Lee Adams is wanted on charges of sexual battery on a victim under 12-years-old.

In 2004, Adams assumed the name of a dead man by the name of Robert Dean Wuolle. Below is the last photo that has been found of Adams as Wuolle. It is possible that he has assumed another identity like he did back in 2004.

Anyone with information is asked to contact the Palm Bay Police Department at 321-952-3456 or CRIMELINE at 1-800-423-TIPS (8477).

All information to CRIMELINE is confidential and you may be eligible for a reward. You may also contact PBPD via Personal Message on Facebook.
