BREVARD COUNTY • MERRITT ISLAND, FLORIDA – Florida House Speaker Steve Crisafulli, R-Merritt Island, endorsed Lt. Gov. Carlos Lopez-Cantera for the Republican nomination to replace U.S. Sen. Marco Rubio, R-Fla.
“I am proud to endorse Carlos Lopez-Cantera for U.S. Senate,” Crisafulli said on Tuesday morning.
“My choice in this important race is not based on politics, but on a desire to have authentic and effective representation in Washington. We need action, not more empty promises. Working with Carlos over the years, I have been able to see first-hand his focused leadership. Carlos has a fire and drive that is greatly needed in Washington. I look forward to doing all I can to support his campaign.”
