The City of Palm Bay Bayfront Community Redevelopment Administration (BCRA) is hosting an informational briefing and workshop on Tuesday, April 12, from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. in the City Hall Council Chambers.

BREVARD COUNTY • PALM BAY, FLORIDA – The City of Palm Bay Bayfront Community Redevelopment Administration (BCRA) is hosting an informational briefing and workshop on Tuesday, April 12, from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. in the City Hall Council Chambers.

The purpose of the meeting is to present the BCRA’s community vision for the Bayfront Waterfront Project to interested developers in response to the Request for Interest (RFI) that was published earlier this month.

The workshop is also an opportunity for city leaders and BCRA commissioners to receive input from potential developers, and other interested parties, prior to the development of a formal Request for Proposal (RFP).
