UPDATE:  Missing Endangered Adult, Kathy Linney has been safely located, according to Brevard Sheriff’s Office.

BREVARD COUNTY, FLORIDA – The Brevard County Sheriff’s Office is attempting to locate a missing and endangered female.  Kathy Linney, 48, of Merritt Island, was last seen by a family member in Merritt Island at around 6:30 p.m. Monday evening.

Linney is believed to be endangered as she left on foot without taking her purse, cell phone, or any personal items.

She may have been traveling to the city of Cocoa.
