(WOFL FOX 35) – The Central Florida Expressway Authority (CFX) is piloting a new, in-lane drive-up customer service program — the first program of its kind in the continental United States.

Opening Wednesday, May 11, “Reload Lanes” will be located at the State Road 408 Conway Plaza in designated lanes.

With this new service, customers will be able to replenish an existing E-PASS account right from the convenience of their car using cash, checks, debit or credit cards, in a matter of minutes.

Reload Lane customer service representatives will also be able to provide drivers residing in Central Florida with a free E-PASS sticker and assist them in opening an E-PASS account so they can benefit from the savings of having a transponder as well as the opportunity to receive local toll discounts.
