Kevin Rossi of Titusville Arrested On Vehicle Theft, Stolen Credit Cards Charges

BREVARD COUNTY • TITUSVILLE, FLORIDA – Titusville Police Detectives have made arrests in connection with vehicle burglaries at Parrish Medical Health and Fitness Center, and the use of stolen credit cards from those burglaries, at the Cheney Highway Publix and Exxon gas station.
According to Amy Matthews, Titusville Police Department Public Affairs Coordinator, Kevin J. Rossi, 44, of Titusville, was arrested on Thursday at about 2:30 p.m. and charged with possession of stolen credit cards, fraudulent use of a credit card and contributing to the delinquency of a child.
The investigation revealed that on May 4, two juveniles stole vehicle keys out of private lockers at the Parrish Medical Health and Fitness Center and used those keys to access vehicles and unlawfully take possessions, including credit cards from those vehicles.
Surveillance footage on May 4 showed Rossi, and one of the juveniles, use the stolen credit cards to make an unauthorized purchase at the Colonial Coast Crossing Publix and the Exxon gas station, located at 1780 Cheney Highway.
Rossi was booked into the Brevard County Jail and bond was set at $5,000.
Within the last 24 hours, the juvenile was arrested by Titusville Police Detectives and charged with two counts of vehicle burglary and two counts of petty theft.
The Juvenile Justice Department has remanded the juvenile to the custody of his parent and has a pending court date.
This remains an ongoing active investigation.
