BREVARD COUNTY • COCOA BEACH, FLORIDA – The Cocoa Beach Aquatic Center is proud to be part of the “World’s Largest Swim Lesson,” an annual event that takes place throughout the world on Friday, June 24.

The purpose of the event is to build awareness about the vital importance of teaching children to swim to help prevent drowning.

Each year the event gains momentum, breaking their own Guinness World Record each year while spreading the word that swimming lessons save lives.

Registration will be held 9 a.m. to 9:45 a.m., with the swim lesson beginning at 10 a.m. and ending at 10:30 a.m.

The Cocoa Beach Aquatic Center is located at 4800 Tom Warriner Boulevard.
