District 22 Little League Report Tournament Of Champions: June 9 Update

BREVARD COUNTY • ROCKLEDGE, FLORIDA– Major baseball at Holder Park was the only game in town for District 22 on Thursday. Rockledge Little League (visitors) met Indian River City Little League.
Indian River City’s Austin Raulerson hit a double and had two RBI’s. Nino Sconiers and Tucker Hanson each had two hits and an RBI while Luke Durrance and Jay LaChapelle each had RBIs.
For Rockledge, Tim Puhnaty had two doubles and two RBI’s as Cody Smith went 3-for-3 with three runs batted in.
Clayton Revels added a pair of singles and two RBI’s while Damien Brayboy and Austin Munchbach each had RBI singles. Mason Derwitsch was the winning pitcher in Rockledge’s 14-8 victory.
Tonight’s game between Port St. John and Merritt Island will decide the champion for the Major Baseball Division.
