NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE • MELBOURNE, FLORIDA – Tropical Storm Colin will produce a variety of weather hazards today over east central Florida, including heavy rainfall, strong wind gusts and isolated brief tornadoes.

A tropical storm warning is in effect for Brevard, Orange, Seminole, Lake and Volusia counties through Tuesday morning.

A tropical storm warning means tropical storm wind conditions are expected somewhere within this area and within the next 36 hours.
