BREVARD COUNTY • WEST MELBOURNE, FLORIDA – Congratulations to K-9 Kai and his handler, K9 Officer Patrick Kenny.

K-9 Kai completed the required 160 hour detection school hosted by the Brevard County Sheriff’s Office.

While in school, K-9 Kai was imprinted on illegal drug odors, trained and evaluated.

He is now certified for drug detection.

“A special thank you goes to Corporal Sang Hill of the Brevard County Sheriff’s Office and Metro Dade K9 Services owner Tony Guzman and his staff,” said the West Melbourne Police Department on Facebook.
