BREVARD COUNTY • CAPE CANAVERAL, FLORIDA – Cape Canaveral Culture and Leisure Services Department will be hosting several events in the coming weeks.

On Friday evening, July 15  in the little league outfield at Canaveral City Park, located at 355 Monroe Avenue in Cape Canaveral, the movie “Zootopia” will be shown.

The movie will be shown on a giant, 20-foot, outdoor movie screen beginning at 8 p.m. Zootopia is rated PG.

This event is for all ages and admission is free. Patrons are encouraged to bring blankets and chairs. Refreshments will be on sale benefiting the Brevard County Sheriffs’ Police Athletic League.

Other events slated to take place are a Cape Canaveral food truck event will be held on Saturday, July 9 on Taylor Avenue from 5 to 8:30 p.m. There will be music and of course, the food trucks.

Tables and chairs are provided and some of the featured food trucks to attend are Kona Dog, Willy T’s Crab Shack, Bem Bom, The Big Hot Box and German Grill.
