BREVARD COUNTY, FLORIDA – After a recent and successful launch in Titusville and Melbourne, Bagel 13 will expand with four new Brevard County locations.

A wildly popular quick-service bagel restaurant, Bagel 13 offers fresh, delicious, made-from-scratch food, served in a contemporary, friendly environment for breakfast, lunch and catering.

Bagel 13 will be the new face of two already existing “Bagel World Cafe” locations in Cocoa Beach and Rockledge. Bagel 13 – Cocoa Beach will be fully converted in mid-August, while Bagel 13 – Rockledge is expected to open in late August.

Each will receive a fully updated menu, atmosphere, and an exciting new take on the word “lucky.”

Expansion plans don’t stop there, however, as Bagel 13 will also be opening two brand new locations by early 2017.

Once all four locations are completed, Bagel 13 will operate a total of six locations in the Space Coast area, making it known that Bagel 13 is serious about serving the Brevard County community.

The idea behind Bagel 13, which touts the phrase “It’s Your Lucky Day,” comes from the luck in the 13th bagel and the idea of the “baker’s dozen.” That extra bagel represents the extra mile that Bagel 13 is willing to go for their customers.

Meats are brined in-house for 24 hours, while made-from-scratch bagels are boiled and baked in Bagel 13’s own bakery. Guests can enjoy Cold Brewed Kegged Coffee or soda from their famous Jones Soda fountain.

With a menu full of new and unique ideas, coffee beans from around the world, and a dedication to the word “fresh,” that extra luck in the baker’s dozen can be found all around Bagel 13.

Bagel 13’s founders, Shawn and Jessie Landry, pride themselves in offering unique, fun and inspired menu items.

“Some of our customer favorites were inspired by real life memories that Shawn and I share,” said Jessie.

“For example, the idea for Bagel 13’s Muffuletta sandwich came from the trips we have taken to New Orleans – it’s wonderful to see people enjoying something that came from a moment close to our hearts.”

Other customer favorites at Bagel 13 include a Blackened Ahi Tuna Melt, or unique side items like the Smash Brown, a red skin potato that is panini-pressed until hot and crispy and sprinkled with sea salt.

For more traditional fare, common bagel items such as a Bagel ‘N’ Lox or an Eggel Bagel (made to order, farm fresh egg and meat sandwich) are tried and true standards on the menu.
